I have an inter-disciplinary socio-legal background in human rights, equality and social justice, and more recently medical law and ethics, particularly as it relates to the following areas:
1) Disabled/older people, economic stress, assisted dying, health care rationing and the political economy of death
2) International equality law, cross-cutting identities, multiple discrimination, intersectionality, and accommodating group and individual rights
3) Regulatory frameworks and convergence, the politics of inclusive housing, life-course transitions, changing lifestyles, cross-cultural definitions of housing quality and design within UK and Europe
