A ‘people orientated’, enthusiastic, approachable and an extremely adaptable individual. I have immense experience in leadership and management development, management, consultancy and coaching/training with a track record of formulating innovative and leading edge strategies for maximising senior management potential within the HBOS business. Strongly change orientated and customer focused – key skills lie in relationship management, interpersonal impact, training design and delivery and creative thinking.  Has the ability to consistently inspire and motivate others with great enthusiasm.
