Profile Summary

Paul is the programme leader for the MSc Strength and Conditioning, and has acted as the Head of Strength and Conditioning for England Men's Lacrosse (2009-2012) and Head of Sports Science Support for Salford City Reds Rugby League Football Club (2008-2013). He also co-ordinated the Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning Support for the Manchester Magic players on scholarships at the University (2012-15).

He is a founder member of the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) and a member of the editorial board for the UKSCA journal Professional Strength and Conditioning. Paul is also a senior associate editor for the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research.
