Paul Sindall is a Senior Lecturer in Exercise Science at The University of Salford, UK. Through successful completion of PhD and MSc studies in Exercise Physiology, Paul has developed expertise in the field of exercise testing, training and prescription for disability sports performance and participation. With a professional background in the health and fitness industry as a practitioner and manager, Paul was responsible for the design and delivery of health-related physical activity programmes and services for healthy adults and for those with chronic lifestyle-related disorders. Paul has extensive experience in the provision of sports and exercise science support services to able-bodied and disabled athletes from a range of sports, and is interested in the association between exercise and the prevention and treatment of disease.
