Profile Summary

I am a PhD Candidate in Creative Writing and a Lecturer in Fashion Styling & Image Making, both here at Salford. I am Editor of This Is Not A Book About Gavin Turk (Trolley, 2014) a series of essays from leading writers and academics on contemporary art and a former Editor of the influential fashion and culture magazine Dazed & Confused. My current research interests are researching writing on personal trauma, its aftermath and process of recovery through my own practice and that of other authors addressing similar themes
