Profile Summary
My key research interests are around the soft issues of knowledge sharing. This is concerned with issues around people and culture in which started with my PhD and was followed up with the trust project. This has developed into professional expertise around integrated teams and partnering, specifically around objective setting and shared meaning of project teams. I have engaged with a wide number of methodological approaches including Social Network Analysis and Soft Systems Analysis, as well as the application of psychological questionnaires. In addition, over the last 2 years I have been developing a knowledge base around issues of sustainability in construction, delivering research, training and developing policy at a regional level. Key Areas of Professional Expertise are; - Partnering and Integrated Teams - delivered to industry as well as having good research outputs in this area. - Knowledge Management in Teams - delivered the GALLICON research project and have a PhD specifically in this area. - Key Performance Indicators - have implemented and delivered systems as well as provided training and consultancy to a large number of organisations - Sustainability Issues in Construction - delivered a number of sessions to industrial networks as well as advising on policy.
