Profile Summary

Lisa has a background in social policy and extensive experience of leading projects for various local authorities, housing providers and third sector organisations. She has led assessments of the housing and related needs of a range of Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities, including Jewish communities, Central and Eastern European migrants, and Gypsies and Travellers. She is currently co-investigator on a European Commission funded project looking at the treatment of Roma communities across six EU countries, and a JRCT project looking at Roma inclusion in the UK. She is also a member of Europia – a community organisation for Central and Eastern European migrants in Greater Manchester.
