-Eileen has been involved in the "Transferring Learning" research project which examined transferring effective social work practices across specialist teams in a northwest authority. - Eileen is currently involved in the Care Flows/Interreg Project. This is three year international research project examining the trans-national migration of the health and social care workeforce across N.W. Europe. - Eileen is also involved in a joint research project with colleagues from SHUSU entitled the "North West Gypsy & Travellers" project exploring the housing and welfare needs of gypsies and traveller families in the North West.
